A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

How to download

Go to the website with the file you want to download. Identify the link for the file (often prominently labeled "Download (filename)" or sometimes it will just have the name or a short description of the file. Your computer may ask if you really want to save or run the file (in case it is not you, but a malicious program trying to bring in something nasty). If you are using Internet Explorer, check the "Close window when download is complete" box. Click the Run, Save or Cancel button and wait until the window goes away. If you clicked "Save", hopefully you know where the computer put the file (default is Desktop, but it may be in your Documents folder).

Phantom Firewall? Dell Dimension E521 Problem

might be a bit to late, but look for something called COMBOFIX, but get it from realiable sources, there some that have Virus in them because people know the power it has. Also rename the file before using it, to something like. "tester.exe" instead of "combofix.exe". Its a great program, but careful using it. if it doesnt run in regular mode then download it to a usb flashdrive and then run it in safe mode. it will take time to clean it out, about 20 minutes maybe longer depend on infections.

Good luck

Avg 8 removal problem....

hi iam sharu
The recommended procedure is a time consuming one. You must download the latest version of AVG from the website, and then run it.

1) Click on the following link and download AVG to your desktop

2) Double-click on the downloaded file to run it
3) AVG will present you with three options to choose from. Choose the Uninstall option to completely uninstall AVG

Add/Remove Components - choose if you want to add/remove some components or reinstall the entire AVG program
Repair installation - this option repairs or reinstalls missing or damaged components of AVG
Uninstall - this option removes the AVG program from your PC

4) Once the uninstall has completed, restart your computer. You can then proceed to install another antivirus or install AVG again.

1) You have to see what is the path where the files are going to, and then open the files in that folder

2) Before download the file, and after hit save, see in which location your files will be saved.

3) Check if some program is blocking your downloaded files (eg antivirus program)
