Hi zack,

the videos need to be converted into the format that this player can read.
the conversion software comes with the player itself. and ut the videos into the media folder of the player.
hope this will help!

"media" folder here refers to the folder on your rca player which will show up when u connect it to your computer, and browse it.

Why does my Sony NWZ-E436F (4 GB) MP3 Player not play my new Mp4 videos that i put on it? however it does play my old ones?

Then what I would say is that the new files that it wont play are not supported by your player. Here is a converter that wil help you fix that problem: First off get the arcsoft media converter 3, then drag and drop the videos you want to get on your mp3 player into the program, after it converts it loads them onto your mp3 player as long as it?s connected, this program will also allow you to download YouTube videos and put them on your mp3 player too.

How can i put videos onto my mp3 player?

You say it's an mp3 but you want to put videos on it. Do you mean mp4 or are you just trying to store the files? Either way, if you connect it to a computer you should be able to just copy and paste like any other file. An mp3 player might not recognize the files even in it's browser, but it should store the all the same and they should show up anytime you access the player with any computer.
