Using the paper tray/feeder. Just slide your paper guide over until it's snug, not tight. photo paper should be inserted vertically not horizontally. Set your printer settings to photo quality & photo paper. Hope this helps.

is there a wheel that comes down when you are calling for paper? ther is one that grabs the paper and transports it to the printer rollers. one way is to print a document and when it feeds push the paper into the unit and see if it grabs it

Problems printing 4x6 pictures, the 4x6 paper wants to jam and when it does print I only get 3/4 of the picture.

Not sure yet ,but I reduced the amount of picture papers and didn't push them in too hard. We'll see thanks

My 4x6 prints are not centered on paper

That printer can't print borderless on 4x6 photo paper, you should use A4 size paper, print and cut the pictures.

Loading 4x6 photo paper

it's in the actual print settings. under file go to page settings, you can change it ther for as long as you need to print. Or you can apply it to keep those settings permenant. But if you choose to print a full sheet you will have to change the settings back to letter
