Rca convergence problem - RCA D52W23 52" HDTV CRT TV

This RCA tv model have a dead convergence fuse at FL231 at the right side of a FBT- a big black plastic block with a wire hook to a board.Must resolders the FBT-(Flyback tranformer too).U have all the tools and also can do basic soldering work too?Yes,try website like Ebay.com to by the RCA tv convergence fuse to replaced at location FL231 and and also resolder FBT-Flyback tranformer too.Will solved this tv RCA model convergence problems.

convergence issue. Press menu and then scroll down to the setup option enter setup and scroll to Autoconvergence and activate the auto convergence feature that will realign the convergence . If that doesnt correct the issue you will need a Convergence power board, If the auto convergence feature is missing from the setup menu then you need the convergence option missing repair kit. replace convergence ics .press the menu and go into the convergence
alignment.see if you are able to align the blue convergence. if not replace the convergence ics.

convergence for the rca itc222 is set individually for digital and analog tuner. Most of time the set will have to be converge in service mode. as a tech i would not recommend getting intoservice mode. but the key is the the convergence has to be set indiviadually for each tuner. You could try autoconverging in digital or even manualy converging
