Plug from the controller pulled out

While unwrapping a new controller for Christmas, I pulled off the plug. I believe I could fix it if I knew the wire color pattern. Do they sell these plugs?

I plugged the wii into the socket and it showed a spark in the outlet and then I put in the video output and it didn't show anything, then I checked with another video cable and I plugged it to the tv ...

if one point hits the power before the other it will cause a strike that can burn out circuits in the unit frying them to the point of total shutdown this is called lopt striking. these components will need to be found and replaced by a servcie tech

there is no quick fix in regards to this problem sorry.

always remember no matter what your plugging into a wall socket always make sure the switch is turned to off first to stop lopt striking

Help.. My xbox has 3 reds lights

This is a common problem from the Xbox 360.

The only way to fix this problem is to call Microsoft or email them. Its something to do with the hardware failure. Its over heated. Their is one way to fix it but temporary.
Its called the towel trick.

First, Unplug your xbox.
Then wrap it around with Heavy towels dont expose anything on the xbox 360. Cover everything.
Then plug in the xbox 360 while the towels are around it. After you do all that you wait 15 minutes. Then unwrap the towel from the xbox 360. It should be very hot. Let it cool down for 2 minutes then plug everything in and it should work.
But I hope this helps you.

Good luck!

Fixing xbox 360 video but no audio problem.

You can always try the towel trick for a 4-5 day fix if needed. First you take all disks and cods out. EVEN WIRLESS ADAPTER! Next you plug the power cord back in. Wrap your xbox in 2 towels for about 25 min. By the time you come back to it. It will hvae already shut off because of overheating. This is good because it melts the video card back into place. After unwrapping the towels, let it coopl, and then you can play.

My xbox turns off and then the lights turn red

Well your going to have to explain more. If one light is red and flashing. Microsoft sadly will not help you, so buy a new one. But if all four are red then you dont have the AV cable plugged in right. So mess around with that. If you have three lights that are red the best solution is to send it back and get a new one or do this. Which wont solve it but will fix it every so often. Take a towl then wrap your xbox in it still pugged up.( except with the AV cables aka video/audio cables) and once wrapped up turn it on and let it heat up like for about an hour. Then unwrap plus it all up and plug into TV and see if it works. This works 80% of the time with everyone. So if not then send it back or buy a new one. Good luck with it^^

3 flashing red light on console

uh well u got the three red lights of death it sounds like... and i also had those. while im no expert on this stuff, iv seen that u can put ur 360 sideways on a table, wrap it in towels(and i mean like 2 towels, wrap it up completely) and turn it on and leave it on for about 10-15 mins. just make sure a fire doesnt start in those 10-15 mins(believe me you dont want to call the fire company and tell them u started a fire wrapping ur game console in towels), ok then after u done waitin turn it off, unwrap it, and let it sit until it is cool, and try turning it on. it might work, its supposed to work because those three red lights mean that theres a malfunction in the 360 itself, such as wires or sumthin, and extreme heat may melt the wires and fix the problem, how i dont know but theres so many stories of ppl who have pulled it off

If you have a wireless controller change the batteries and if you have a normal controller blow out the plug or call Sony.
