Volume button is stuck

Well, my volume button seems to be stuck on vol. up... All I can see on the screen is the vol. bar all the way up and there is no way to turn it down... Also, the light is frozen on since the vol bar won't go away. I can still switch songs, but I have to hit the buttons about 5 or 6 times to do this. Is there some way I can get the volume button unstuck or fix this, I don't know what could have happened to it...
