I have a Mitsubishi WD-62527 with a brightness (low) issue after replacing the dead lamp with a Mitsubishi 915P020010 lamp part from Best Buy. I have cleaned the filters and wore gloves while replacing the part.

Possibly the color wheel which is not available, you have to go with the optical engine which is part#: 938P015020
This would make repairs UNECONOMICAL

Recently the red light is flashing in stand by, is there a common issue with this ? WD62327

This is a common issue for DLP TV's the bulbs they have are made to last 2000-4000 life hours for Osram lamps this is the lamp the Mitsubishi usually uses so depending how old the lamp is this could be your problem I found the lamp you need for a good price

LOOKING FOR RELIABLE REPLACMENT LAMP ASSEMBLY AT REASONABLE COST

Hi, your part # will be 915p020010. The original maker is Osram which last around 4000 hrs. You can get the Philips which last 6000-8000 hrs with a superior picture quality, only if you have the housing that has a white cart board covering the back of the lamp.If your housing is complete plastic you will have to get the original Osram. Mitsubishi WD-52525 52-inch DLP HDTV ywllow warning lamp light

that means your lamp it is getting to the end of its life.
sometimes even if the lamp still good the TV will send you that message because that timer is closed to 5000 hours

What you can do is open the lamp door, closed again and the tv will ask you if you replaced it the lamp, and just say yes and that sign will go away

or just simple replace the lamp. 915P020010

Mitsubishi wd 52725 lamp troubles

You can use Mitsubishi 915p020010 or Osram E023. Remove the front and clean the lense using only a clean microfiber cloth. dirty lense main cause of dark picture. The lamp could be incorrect wattage.
