2008 ford focus sirius radio stopped working

If resending a signal does not reactivate it, it could be the tuner or translator. You can find a new kit here:

All of a sudden the display says invalid channel and 0% updating channels sirius says the radio must be broken

I would try a different antenna first, then exchange radio if that doesn't work. You will have to 'update' the radio for about 30 minutes after you first activate it, but after 30 minutes it should be fine. Try the activation channel (channel 1) - call Sirius for a 'refresh'. After 30 minutes, your undate should be done. Turn the radio off with the pushbutton on the radio. Turn it back on - should be no more updating. If so, then there is a problem.

Viewsat with boot message

I had the same problem some months ago, you must re-boot your viewsat using a null modem cable.

1.- firsth you need the factory bin and install it using the loader 2 (if you don´t know how to install the factory bin there are in the web a lot of web pages which show how to make this process)

2.- once you have installed the factory bin, you must install the last viewsat bin.

of this way i solved this problem i hope you can do it too

Getting to my radio's antenna plug

Depends on the radio but with most models when you bought it new you would have gotten two flat strips pieces of metal which should be inserted left and right between the radio and the radio bay. They will push aside the spring locks and then you can gently pull it out.

Some info here and here and on google ofcourse :)
