You can find the wireless password to the 2wire router right underneath the unit.

The password to 2wire922

that device is normally a router and worthless unless they put that as a name but normally that device is strong and won't be able to figure out unless you know someone.

Good Morning..we are two senior citizens that are completely ignorant when it comes to anything tech...we have a wii, pc, and wireless internet. The grandchildren were playing wii last weekend and now we...

Well what you need is the name of your wireless internet, the password for it[if you have one set up]. What you would do is head to the options of the Wii. In the options you need to find the button that says internet. The you must pick wireless for the internet, scan for the name of your wireless internet, and put in the password if you have it. Then it should run a test, if you did it right, it'll connect and you should have internet again.

I can't get connected to the internet

I need more info to answer this, really..... But I'll suggest possible solutions...

1) Are you anywhere near your access point (or if you're using ur neighbor's internet.... -____-)?
2) Did you put in the right password if your access point requires a password?
3) To get a better connection, don't block your wii's antenna from objects...
4) Maybe your connection is too low?

Yeah... If you didn't know you need a wireless access point, then that's the problem...

I know this might've not really helped much..... you just have to specify things.

Hi i keep getting a error code called (80710102) and its driving me mad cause i turn of my ps3 and then turn it on and 5 minutes later i have to turn off again cause you please help me ive tried everything...

It's a known problem for Playstation users.but the answer is to disable universal plug-n-play on the router. Disabling universal plug-n-play on the router is performed through the console interface.
Open a browser window and enter the router's IP address into the navigation bar. For most routers, the default IP address is 192.168.1.1
Enter the username and password used to access the router. Press "OK" and the console application will be shown in the browser window.
Click the "Password" tab. The UPnP settings are located in the same window as the router's password settings.
Select "Disable" from the box labeled "UPnP" and click the "Save" button. Close the router's console window. Start the Playstation machine and connect to the Internet

What i need to do to connect my psp for internet

You will need a wireless router in order to connect the PSP to the internet
  • With your Psp turned on go to the "Settings" in the menu (scroll to the left)
  • Scroll all the way down until you have reached "Network Settings" and click the "X" button to enter
  • Select "Infrastructure Mode" and hit "X"
  • Select "New Connection" and hit the X button again
  • Now you will have a number of options for connecting to a wireless connection. Choose "Scan" and press the control pad to the left, the PSP will now scan for wifi signals around your area
  • When the PSP finishes scanning you will probably have a few different wifi connections. SSID is the name of the connection, the Security column tells you whether or not the connection is password protected, and the last one is the signal strength the higher the better
  • If you want to borrow your neighbors unprotected wifi select a connection with "None" in the security column and a strong signal. If you want to use a secure wifi than you will need to know the password. Select one and press the X button
  • Now the Psp will confirm your settings proceed by pressing left on the d-pad and save your settings
  • Now test your connection if you are able to connect, awesome. If you were not able to connect try doing the settings again
  • With the connection settings in place we can now connect the PSP to the internet. In the home menu scroll all the to the left until you have reached "Network" and go down to "Internet Browser" and hit "X"
  • Your browser will appear, select the little square box to enter the web address, play around with the different options. Have fun with your PSP online

you go onto network setting on your psp then you have to pick a network like linkeys for example, that ways you will be connected there and be able to surf the internet, but make sure you scan nd find a wireless connection of about 60%, and make sure there is not passwords involved

Psp wont connect to ea server

First thing you do is go to Network Settings and check is your connection is still good. or if not you have to provide or create an access point which. You can always have the psp automatically check that for you. but make sure in the end to establish a connection. That should work otherwise the online feature on the games is not running anymore good luck and let me know how that turns out would ya. Good luck
