I don't think you can but instead of watching the demo you could just click start training, as long as you have done the exercise before.

In Wii fit plus, training plus, how do I exit and get credit for my time in the free cycle if I don't do the whole 30 minute ride

Stop pedaling, hold the B button until it asks if you want to quit and save your fit credits, and then select "Yes". If you do this your credits should be saved.

Wii board says to step off it...but i'm not on it

It is not low batteries2_bing.gif and is not line-of-sight "stuff" in the way.
Bluetooth2_bing.gif is RF not IF; does not need line-of sight.
The problem is in the sensors in the feet of the board.
Pick the board up, click "A"; set the board back down and it starts to work.
BUT;
It misses footsteps during the exercise; SO, bad sensors. Crappy design is the problem. Some break sooner, some break later. Not an overweight user issue either.

Whats the diffrence with the wii fit plus and the wii fit

They are just two different versions of the Fit game. The actual Wii Fit device is the same. If you already have a Wii Fit, you can buy Wii Fit Plus as a stand-alone game without the device. The Plus has some newer exercises.

We fit is reading our movements backwards. For

Ok, here's what I did to solve the problem. When I used a game/exercise that was backward (meaning you had to lean to the right to get the Mii to move left)...I would simply turn the balance board around backward and "wala" it worked!! But of course, you have to remember to turn the board back around when using other games/exercises that didn't have this problem. It was so much better than trying to do everything backward!! Hope this helps!

Wii Balance Board thinks I'm on it all the time!

Make sure of a couple of things and try again -

If you are on semi-shag carpet, try using the little foot extenders. They may not seem like much but they can help.

If you are on moderate to thick carpet, you may need a board to set the Wii Fit Balance Board on.

If you are on a wood floor, you can (but don't have to) remove the little foot extenders.

Another little gremlin can be in those silicone covers. If you have one, I'll bet that's the culprit. As nice as they are to keep the board clean, they can actually attach to the non-moving part of the scale (the bottom) to the moving (surface) part. Be sure that your silicone cover is not interfering with the normal movement of the board.

Finally, be sure that you are always using YOUR setting while exercising or it will not be calibrated correctly. Also be sure that when you start, you are not on the board when it calibrates for the first time after turning it on. If the weight on the board differs by about 5 lbs or more than what it thinks you weigh, it will pitch a little wii fit.

I hope you find this advise helpful. If not, though, please don't label this advise as "inappropriate". A "Thanks for Trying" would be just fine.

Thanks for using Fixya.

How do you change the weight settings from kg to lbs

I don't know if you can change the setting but 1 kg is 2.2046 lbs so 100 kg would be 220.46 lbs for example. Multiply kg times 2.2046 to get lbs
