what search engines and where did you get them? vista comes with bing and your email provider sometimes has their own search engine but they must be enabled to work and supported by vista
After creating document in MS office 2007 or 2010 you can save the document for MS office 2003. In file menu choose the option Save As and choose option Save as type. The click for the option Word 97-2003 Document. Then you are able to print the document in MS Word 2003.
It sounds like it is a file format issue. I would begin checking the file formats on both of the flash drives. You will probly find that they are FAT/FAT32 and Vista is NTFS. This information will be needed to diagnose the issue.
I think this has nothing to do with the Operating System (Windows 7 or Vista). The issue may be because of the different versions of MS Office. As regards, MS Office 2007 files can be opened normally with Office 2007. However, if you wish to open Office 2007 files with Office
2003, you have to install MS Office compatibility Pack, which can be
downloaded from Microsoft site.
