Sounds like there is a bad connection somewhere on your
Is the computer new? If it is, send it back to where it came from for a repair.
If it is not new and it has passed its warranty, then you may have to take the Basel of the screen and see if there are any sockets that are not connected properly. The problem with doing this, with SOME laptops, you have to take off the main cover off the laptop before you can take the Basel off the screen.
If you do need to take it apart, please touch something like a metal plug sockets screw or a unpainted radiator pip before you do this to get rid of any static you gave on you otherwise the is a chance of permanently damaging you computer
the connections inside laptops are usually just thin wires that go into sockets and the clips that secure the cables lift up and the cable can just be pulled out or inserted with ease. If you can open your laptop and check the connections, just firmly push them all in to make sure they are all connected properly

Ok you problem is pretty basic but also complex on the same time (4 you). The problem is that one of the wires around the screen has been slightly unplugged. All you have to do is open up the casing around the screen and find the loose wire. Also note that if you LCD was the problem you would see a blank spots. Assuming you don't spots on the screen and only rainbow *colors*. If you're too scared to open it yourself just give to a technician would cost you only 50$-60$

I read that if you unpluge and remove the battery then hold down the power button for 30-60 seconds. then repluge the power cord in fire it up and put the batter back in and walla fix and go to go.
