Virus in firefox browser

Somehow I have a virus which loads an additional page after I have opened a page in fire fox.
The additional page has the following URL:

I have run two virus scans and rebooted prior to the second scan.
Has anyone seen a similar to this from newbizsol.com.
Can not find anything about it in various KB's.
