Question about GPX MW3837 MP3 Player
It might be song format problems

Your songs format is ok...connect the device to pc...find the folder that has your songs and open it...now go to my computer you should also see a new drive..open it (this is mp3 player)..go back to your song folder copy & paste (or click & drag) to the mp3 (you can rename files in the mp3)
