Brand new phone. I can receive pictures, but they're in a smaller size than they should be (dont fill entire screen, not adequate wallpaper size). If I resize and make the recieved picture bigger it looks blurry and digitized. Is there something I can do to make the pictures I recieve through mms bigger/better quality?
I have a 4 gb memory card for the phone. I try to put music on the phone by either using the sandisk adapter or the usb cable. The sandisk adapter rarely gets recognized on my computer, where as the usb cable process sometimes get recognized. I sync songs when they do get recognized. Everything looks fine on the computer. But, when I go to the mp3 player on my lg kf510 there are no new songs.... I don't know what the problem is. is there anyway to help.
PLEASE HELP! Wonderful christmas present (even though there are some glitches!) Thank you for your time!

Can you still make/receive phone calls and send/receive text messaging without pictures? Do you have enough signal strength (3G or 4G bars at top) to get a good signal without roaming? When I was in Greenville a while back, I had problems doing anything other than making/receiving phone calls (no internet, no pix). Ends up, AT&T simply had a very weak signal where I was at. I ended up switching to another phone and carrier that had better support in more areas.
I'd recommend calling AT&T cell phone support to also make sure your data (internet) and messaging (text&pix) plans are still active. Of course, if you can't even make/receive phone calls, you likely have a more basic problem; your phone may have not been validated with AT&T yet.
In either case I'd recommend calling AT&T wireless tech support at 800-331-0500 (type 0 to get a live person) to help troubleshoot the issue with your phone. If you haven't received your phone number yet, you may need to remove the battery to provide them will more detailed info regarding your phone and sim.
call your service company (i.e. sprint tmobile, altell.) they can provide you with a code or they might be able to get you a whole new phone... tmobile has done both for me….
Please rate my solution I need feedback J thanks
i would assume this is broken and there is not much you can do for it now. What provider do you have though? you are probably going to mail it out and get it repaired or a new one. Sorry. Please message me back with your provider
To connect to LGSync you need to go into your phone to 'Connectivity' and change the 'USB connection' to 'Data service'. But if you have a LG KF510 it wont do you any good to sync music or pictures because it does not give you the option once you connect.
All jpegs you create you need to size to
640 x 480 !
Use your computer software to resize your jpegs.
(I am experiencing mp3 problems myself which I intend to get to the bottom of to pass on to others and will let you know)
