Question about Disney Pix Click Digital Camera
When I click on pix downloader, it cannot find the camera, even though the camera is connected by the usb cable provided.
Had the same problem and here is what I found to work. This was done on XP when my wife's Vista notebook would not work.
Install the software and reboot.
Connect the camera to the computer so it is recognized.
Disconnect and take pictures.
-- Ready to download --
Start the PixLoader application.
WAIT for the camera to shut off before connecting to the USB and then connect it.
The pictures should be on your PC.
When I tried to use other methods (like using My Computer) it deleted my photos. It took a bit to figure out how to get it to work.
