Question about Acer Aspire 5100 Notebook
If you just got it, maybe putting it back to factory original condition will fix your problems. Power it up and press alt+F10 keys together several times. this will trigger the acer recovery console which will allow you to reset the laptop. if that doesn't fix it, the wireless card may be defective.
