Is it on NTSC Display? In order for mine to play videos, It has to be on this setting. To change it to that, Go to settings, in the "more" category on the menu, then go to"system settings", then to "display"and it will be the second one listed. click on that spot and when it asks if you want NTSC or PAL, choose NTSC. Hope that helps!! ^_^

16 gig chip not recognized by my mac pc

It's not the computer, it's the Sansa. The e260 uses microSD cards, which only go up to 2GB, not microSDHC cards such as the 16GB one you have.

Use Sansa Media Converter for putting Videos and Photos in the appropriate format. See next page for the file formats that SMC is able to convert and further requirements:

I uploaded pictures, songs and videos into 1GB micro SD card. But in Sansa e250 am able to see only songs in it. am unable to view pictures or vidoes stored in SD card. please help me.

The Sansa will only show photos and play videos from its internal memory, not the microSD card. You can put music on the card, but not photos or videos.

Sansa fuze 4 g photos wont open

Get "Sansa Media Converter" from the Sansa website or the CD that came with you Fuze.

If you are not using the "Sansa Media Converter" program to convert the photos to a format the Fuze can display, they will not show up.

Dont know how to put pictures in my mp3

To transfer photos and video to your Sansa e250:
1. Open Sansa Media Converter on your PC
2. Connect Sansa e250 to the computer.
The detected Sansa e250 will list the available space and total space on the
device. If more than one device is inserted, only the first device will be
supported.
3. Add the media files to be converted
4. The Sansa Media Converter will place all files in MyAlbum unless you
type in a new Album Name at the bottom of the screen. Use this option
to organize your files and slide shows.
5. Press to start the conversion process. A status box will appear
showing which file(s) are being converted.
6. Photos and Video can not be transferred to the microSD card.
7. Do not move your photo or video files from the location the Sansa
Media Converter places them.
8. See Safely removing your Sansa from the Computer instructions
below.

Also you can take a look at the manual on page 16..it will give you a visual Image..
