for sending text messages : 1.go to your message settings and check the message center number to see if it is correct 2. call to your network operator customer care 3. request the message center number... 4.note it down 5. go to message settings>message center number 6. insert the number which is noted by you and save it
This sounds like you're out of credit on your phone. When I send texts, I'm charged a fee. But it's free to receive them. Maybe this is why?
To avoid this problem, you can send and receive texts through your email account. That way you always get your texts, whether or not you're out of credit on your phone. Try Bulletin Messenger: https://www.bulletin.net/product-messenger.html
First check if you still have unit on the phone or credit to send message as sending messages on the phone will attract charges. And if there is not enough credit or unit on the phone it will not be sent but stored in the outbox or draft.
Another cause of message not being sent is if you do not have the message settings correctly configured on the phone.
You will have to contact the customer care provider for the sim service provider so as to ask for the configuration of the message settings. They will give it to you to enter manually and guide you through the steps.
