Scaner

check for the scanner drivers in the control panel,if they are there...if not you will have to reinstall the scanner drivers on your computer.use the s/w cd that came with the printer and install it all over again..then try scanning from the windows photo gallery or the MS paint and word.These do not use the twain drivers ,they use the windows scanner drivers....see if it works
