Check your Mail account setting in Settings. Make sure folders are mapped properly to your e-mail account folders.

i think its the settings in the mail setup where you have given the size of the mail to download to be too low like 8KB or less try increasing the size to download to 32 or 64 and you would see the mail content again

This means that the unread emails in your inbox are new emails.

this means you should open them unless you know who they are sent from.

When first opening your email window you will see on the left top line above the first email the word delete
On the left of the enclosed box that has delete in it will be a check box. Click on that check box to the left of the delete box and then click on delete
Now all emails showing on that page will be gone

i want to open my email box

Look in your message folder or phone messages folder. Maybe you will have somes messages that dont show in your email box.

You may have an unread message in one of the other folders, such as drafts.

I have deleted all my mails in all folders...but yet there is still 1 unread message..there is nothing left in my folders inbox, spam, drafts, sent
