Gold star was taken over by LG electronics. Perhaps there is a similar LG model. Bread makers are pretty simple appliances so you could probably get good guidance from any LG model.

From one senior to another, I know what you mean. Don't know about Goldstar, sounds like an inexpensive brand. If your looking for a nice used machine, Amazon.com has some as low as $30
