HP laserjet 2100 will not print PDF from Adobe Reader 9.0 correct
I have an end user trying to print a PDF to a HP Laserjet 2100 and it prints with looks like a Dot Matrix printer printed it. It also has squares on it along. The same document prints to another series HP printer just fine.

Does this happen only with some documents/software? I have a different HP printer (a LaserJet) that does the same thing only with PDFs printed from another program. (This happens with PaperPort and browsers using the Adobe Reader plug-in, for example.) If I open Adobe Reader and then open the document in question, I can print multiple copies correctly.

The "nonsense" is your printer trying to interpret the information. Go to HP.com and download the correct drivers. Delete all other drivers from the Printers and Faxes/File/Server Properties. Then install your correct print driver
