SC367 is a toner density error having to do with yellow. If you've tried turning the machine off (with the power switch on the lower left side) and turning it back on and that doesn't help, your next move should be to replace the yellow photoconductor unit (PCU).
Hi, these is error code related to fixing heater temperature fault. Because you didnt state the model of copier ill gave you the procedure for most copiers of digital serie of Canon, these service mode procedure doesnt apply on iR 2016/2020/2018/2318/1600/2000....
press * press 2 press 8 press * select COPIER select FUNCTION select CLEAR select ERR OK
Turn off and on the copier.
If these doesnt clear your error you need nto change the fixing film assy ( heater ).
I fixed my error code 1-2036 by going to the "Configure Settings" in
the AiO Home Center then selected AiO Printer changed to "Print
Quality" to Draft and clicked OK.... Then I was able to Scan with no
errors. I think the config settings were corrupted some how and this
resaved them properly.
if that doesnt help
Go to Control Panel Double Click on Printers and Other Hardware Double Click on Scanners and Cameras Double Click on Kodak 5100 AiO Click Next Read and follow directions
if both the solutions doesnt help... its time to call kodak
This error is idicating that the fuser motor is not turning. Rotate the green fuser knob to see if it is hard to turn. If freely turning then a gear, motor, or DC Controller board is bad. If hard to turn then try to find what is keeping it from turning. The motor Assy is behind the cover right next to the fuser knob. Good Luck.
