Question about Emerson iP105BK Shuffel Docking Station Docking Station, Speaker System, FM Tuner for Ipod
I have 8 gb nano
Until recently, iPods could charge by either USB or Firewire. Each has a different power requirement. Many third-party docks and chargers power the dock connect with electricity that meets the Firewire spec, not the USB one. The newer iPods and the iPhone only can charge by USB. Thus if you use a firewire based charger, you get the "not supported" note. I thinkthat's what is happening to you.
