Question about Saeco 00034 Incanto Sirius Super Automatic Espresso/Coffee Machine

1 Answer

Weak steam on steam mode and strong steam on water mode

I descaled the incanto sirius recently.
After then, my steam gets considerably weaker on steam mode,
but steam is really strong on water mode only for first 30 sec, and then water starts to dispense eventually.
What should I do to fix it?

Run the descale again, it seems that the booster boiler has a small blockage and or no water.

I tried to descale my machine, now I have almost no water flow through the steam wand. What do I do

The problem is that as you descaled the machine scale has come loose and either blocked the tube in the steam boiler or the tap assembly needs replacing

I have a saeco incanto classic I have tried to descale 2 times and the red light will not go off, is there a reset buttton?

Hi
In order for the light to go off, the machine has to stop pumping on its own, both in the descale and the rinse mode. If you stop it before its done it will still be in the descale mode.
Once it stops on its own, the lights will change. Then do the rinse by replacing the water in the tank and closing and then reopening the steam knob and again letting the machine quit on its own. Again the lights will change. Then repeat the last cycle (putting water in the tank and closing and then reopening the steam knob)until all the red lights go away and you only have a green blinking light. Now your finished descaling a compact without a digital display.

Water leaking and coffee dry

Sounds like the boiler is blocked, and machine needs to be descaled. Try this first remove the parnello if your machine has one on the steam wand then using a paperclip clear out the end of the wand, that might be blocked. If it isn't then run the descale to clear out the blockage in the boiler.

Does not come off ventilate mode. Re: S-Class incanto sirius mode

Try this push in steam knob when it calls for ventilate, especially if you are steaming or drawing hot water, if that works the the steam valve or the tap rod needs to be replaced.
