I just had this problem and was able to fix it. Your pump filter is probably clogged. To get to it you need to remove the front bottom panel of washer. The screws for the panel are on the very bottom of the front. You will need a T20 screwdiver bit. Once you have removed the panel unscrew the white plug at the front (water might spill out so drain what water you can from the washtub with a shopvac, the have a shallow water pan under the white drain with the shopvac running. Clean out the debris in the filter chamber. If this does not correct the problem disconnect the black rubber drain from under the tub and check for anything clogging the drain. Good luck. Johnny C.

Washer Control Locked blinking and won't washer won't work

Water still in the bottom of the drum. Empty, clean filter and check pump is turning. Once pressure switch is satisfied no water is left it'll allow the door to open, assuming the door interlock is still ok.

Hello! I am having problems with my washer's spin cycle. It appears that the water is staying in Drum

If you unit is spinning but not emptying the water then I would suspect the water pump which is part #134051200. There may be something that has been sucked into the intake of the pump that is keeping it from activating, but you will have to open it up to find out.

When empty, I can turn inside and sounds like there is water sloshing inside

This is not a problem actually. That is quite normal for top load washers. What happens is when the pump comes on to expel the used water it only runs long enough to empty the inner drum. The outer drum still has a little bit of water inside to act as a pea trap of sorts. This keeps undesirable smells from reentering your pipes and causing bad Oder's in your home. As long as your cloths come out clean and partially dried from the spin cycle then your washer is working correctly. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Draining neptune washer

The sloshing sounds you hear are supposed to be there. Actually, it was there when you first purchased the washer and had never used it before. It's part of the balance system. When the machine goes into high speed spin, the balance system kicks in. The water portion of it is forced outward by centrifugal force. Now when the machine slows down and stops, the water settles back down so that when you reach in and turn the drum by hand, you can hear it sloshing about.

Hope this helps,
SG
