Question about Microsoft ZUNE JS8BRPBDLUG MP3 Player
When using our zune, after about 2 downloads, we receive a message that microsoft zune stopped working from Microsoft windows. It says it will close the program and notify if solution is available. then we can debug or close. then the program closes.
We have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling software but are still having the same problem. It is frustrating.
It's a glitch with Microsoft. All 30 gig units are affected. It's a leap year and the extra day threw the software. Let it discharge overnight and plug into your computer in the morning to load. Microsoft is supposed to have a fix. Thousands are affected.
