This is a brand new computer, first time connected to any computer. I have not been having any problems with my pc and i'm using the software it gave me.

With my old camera i was using Easy share.

    Hello,

I need more information to help you with this.

Have you changed anything? Are you using the same PC, with the same operating system, and same software? Have you had any other recent problems with the camera or computer?

When it worked before, what software were you using to move the photos from your camera to the computer? Were you using the EasyShare software that came with your camera, or were you using other software?

Since this is a new computer, the problem is most likely that the software isn't the right version for your new computer. You need to get the latest version of the software. You can download the latest version of EasyShare software from Kodak.com

Do you really need to connect your camera to your computer?

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

Kodak Z1012 IS camera into usb port will not send pictures to my computer or my documents.

hi let me save you pocket. Instead of repairing your camera would be economical in this issue. you just buy usb memory card reader about $10. you put your sd card into the reader and connect to computer. That is easy. you click on my computer, you will see a new drive folder. rest of work is yours...However it will cost to you if you want to repair the problem. your camera might has usb port defective and local repair shop would charge around $65 to 125 depend on what they really want to charge. thanks and best regard!

Can not down load pictures off of the camra

If you have got a memory stick take it out of your camera and if your computer has a slot for it slot it in. if you don't have a memory card buy one from any local camera shop and put your pictures on it then slot it in to your computer. if your computer doesn't have a slot for the memory card you can buy a USB stick with a memory card slot in it.

How to charge my kodak easy chare m753 digital camra

You can plug the USB cable into your PC and charge it like that. There should have also been a black poweradapter module that came with the camera too. You can plug the USB cable into this box, and the box plugs into a 110v wall socket.
