I have the same problem with that. It's so hard to find a same problem untill I find "Synaptics Touchpad Driver Problem?". You known, I'm in the otherside of Earth from your side.My NB is a toshiba, with Synaptics too.
I think it's a hardware problem, but still have some hope.

Either go to windows update (if your using windows), and update the driver for it (its usually under not important updates. Or you can go to start --> right click on my computer --> properties --> Device Treatment (sorry, bad English). Then find the touchpad, and update the driver this way. The easiest way to do this is to get an external mouse. Using only the keyboard is gonna be hard...
That is terrible unless you speak french! Go here http://www.overtons.com/assets/prodman/788cci_Manual.pdf this has the menus they should all be in the same space but with french names get to the setup menu and go to the language and you should see English. Good luck and happy fishing!

What you will need to do is, navigate to your mobile carrier's website and logon to your online account page.
If you do not have an account, please follow the instructions on your carrier's site to set up an account.
After you logon, look for a section that details your usage.
In that section there should be a View Call Details section, and in this section you can see the call details from your LAST billing cycle. Which means you will have to wait until your current billing cycle is over to see the call history, if it has not ended yet.
