Displays should be plug and play, drivers are built into windows. If there are drivers for additional features, you can only get them from dell if they have released any for windows 7. Try the latest graphics driver for your graphics card

It is a 2007 model laptop. It has a 2 megapixel camera and is expected to be outdated and would not be able to compete with today's webcams. Yes, buying an external camera is the best option for you here. How do I adjust the clock on my mx5500?

The MX 5000 and diNovo Media Laser utilize the Adjust Time/Date function on your PC's clock to set the keyboard's LCD display. In order for the PC's clock to synchronize with the LCD display, the SetPoint for Bluetooth software is required to be installed and enabled. Once you have installed SetPoint for Bluetooth, the LCD display will automatically sync with the system's clock.
Solution
If your LCD is not displaying the date and time and SetPoint for Bluetooth is not installed:
  1. Download the latest version of SetPoint for your device from the Logitech Downloads page.
  2. Install SetPoint on your system. (For additional information regarding installing SetPoint for Bluetooth, please refer to Knowledge Base article 5890 ).

I installed Windows 7 recently, but I could not get my Monitor to change resolution. I had the latest drivers (2.0 but that was created in like 2003) and the computer still would not recognize it. The...

There are 2 things that directly effect your resolution, 1 is Monitor Driver and the other is Display Driver.

The Monitor driver isn't so important as the Default Monitor driver also works well.

You need to confirm that your Display drivers are up to date, Tell me your Desktop system, and I'll find you the Latest drivers (If available) for Win 7.

I hope you understand.
