Fisher price kid tough camera momentarily turns on then shuts off

We had this happen today with a brand new camera, I called Fisher Price and they said they had a batch of cameras that short out, which is causing the problem. They offered for us to send the camera to them, and they will mail us a new one.

I had this problem too. Simply transfering the pictures to my computer and deleting them from the Camera solved it. This seems to be the default behavior when the camera is full.

It has product model # & contact number for service tech. Call the service number & a tech will help you The Tech guided me through the 4 or 5 EASY steps & stayed on the phone with me while I did it. Its very easy as he will tell you the dialog boxes you should see etc. TIP: make sure your computer is up & ready when you call & have camera plugged in.
