Try using the second battery tray to see if it is a contact issue.

The more you recharge a battery, the battery's lifespan is reduced. After a certain amount of charges, the battery will not be able to hold a charge for a long amount of time.

Note: Make sure it is a rechargeable battery

My son has a Razor 350 electric dirt bike he was driving it & it just stopped. It's fully charged green light for battery. I chked plugs & battery is good, throttle wires are disconnected how to I...

Disconnected where? If the wire came out of the throttle your hall sensor is probably mangled and you will need a new throttle. Any other damage just splice it. Did the wires come off the plastic connector at the controller?

It makes clicking noise when you use the throttle

Thats the controller relay clicking....if it won't move disconnect the brake switch connectors from the controller and try again. Make sure the batteries are fully charged and in good condition. There should be at least 12.6v or more on each of them with no load. The green light on the throttle should be on when you turn the switch on. If it goes to yellow and/or red when you give it throttle, your batteries are probably weak. Then connect the battery wires directly to the motor and see if it works. If the motor operates and it wont go you need a freewheel. If none of this helps try shorting the power switch wires with your screwdriver or a piece of wire. Sometimes the contacts have too much resistance.

My electric bike a urbanmover um55 cruiser goes off at the battery despite the switch being on i turn it off and then back on and it works but does it again after a short distance the battery is fully...

If the battery cells have been tested and found to be OK then check:
1, the battery fuse and connections in the battery
2, the battery on/off switch and connections
3, the battery connections to the controller
If all of those check OK then it could be you have a fault in your controller (or the auxiliary battery output that runs things like headlight) that is causing the controller or BMS in the battery to trip.

My Dirtbike, wont go after i charge it

Check that the lights on the throttle battery gauge show green. Lift the rear wheel off the ground and apply throttle and watch the lights. If the battery voltage drops under this load, indicated by the light changing to yellow or red, then it is likely the batteries are low in capacity and need replacing. Most battery shops will load test the batteries free of charge to confirm.
If the batteries test OK then it may be a bad connection between the batteries, fuse, switch and controller may also cause the voltage to drop under load,

I was given a mx350 that has been sitting in a garage for a year I charged it for 8 hours but it does nothing the light comes on to show it has power but when i turn the throttle nothing no sound or...

If it was working before it sat, then it is almost certainly the battery (these kinds of batteries suffer if sitting and not fully charged). If you had one, or could borrow a voltmeter, you could check the batt. Also, lots of car part places like NAPA can test batteries for you.

Hope that helps

Batteries fully charged ok,turn ignition on,no lights,no power to wheel, but pressing the horn it only sounds weak, will not light led lights on lamp.had control box tested and was ok,new ignition switch...

the faults you are describing do match flat or faulty batteries more than anything else.

check that the connections are good on the batteries and that the battery pack connects properly.
i think it would be worth you testing the charger and the batteries to make sure they are working properly. i would not change any other parts until these have been checked.

if the bike was stored in a garage or shed during the winter it is possible that the batteries inside the battery pack may have been damaged by the cold.

if you send make and model and age of the bike i can send you far more detailed testing proceedures, but i would need the details, as battery types and voltages vary from bike to bike.

Off-on switch as bright as when it was new. green light on charger indicates the battery is fully charged. turn throttls and bike barely moves..... ?????

check voltage with a multimeter set on volts before trying to trottle and then after you trottle it should close to the same voltage. If not then you need to replace battery.
