If you just upgraded to Vista then you need to update your audio drivers.

This might be one of those programs that must be installed in order to work. I would imagine that you must install the program and have it do a restore. Some programs keep a record of the backup on the hard drive. When you upgraded, the record might have been destroyed. If this is true, your backup software will have a utility to rebuild the index of the backup so it will work.
thats a common probablem if you are upgrading your os.. because some drivers are not compatible to your os so you need to update the drivers by going to the manufacturers website of your hardware.... for example: "if your sound card is realtek then you need to go to realtek.com to download drivers".
There is one main reason why your experiencing this problem. 1. You need to configure POP3, SMTP IN outlook , express 2. Most email providers require that you have an upgraded account to allow email to be sent, recieved , forwarded to a third party for example, YAHOO requires a YAHOO PLUS account 3. When you start your pc just after it listed your hardware, before starting the grub graphic of Ubuntu, press the esc key, and change your kernel using the arrow on your keyboard, to the previous kernel, as fare as i remember one the kernel was having a bug, just before i upgraded to Ubuntu intrepid 8.10, if you did not do the full upgrade, then go to http://www.ubuntu-unleashed.com/ and search for the latest kernel, my best advice is go to http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/upgrading and follow the steps base on your Ubuntu os, any problem come back to me email@example.com
Hi, ok first did you install the server version or the desktop version??? i suggest that you you go to http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/upgrading and follow the step from the version of Ubuntu you have. If you cannot log in the i suggest that you reinstall Ubuntu from the cd you have , now if you prefer you can order a free cd from from ubuntu and you will have the latest intrepid 8.10. any problem come back to me firstname.lastname@example.org
This is most likely occuring because you are using Outlook 2003 with Office XP. If you have upgraded Outlook without upgrading the rest of the Office components, you can solve this by upgrading Office or downgrading Outlook.
