Computer volume works fine but Youtube volume just stopped working out of n where.

Uninstall the browser (if its not IE) and then reinstall.

My speakers are connected to the computer and it says its not working no volume comes out. so what is the problem?

control panel sounds and audio,volume you can adjust the volume or advanced,speakers select appropriate speakers or audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have selected the right speakers or control panel,administrive tools,computer management,device manager scroll to sound,video and game cotrollers could be a yellow question mark? right click to re-install drivers

May be you would have kept the volume control in the left bottom of the youtube video screen, low , when you viewed the site last time. Try to raise the video volume to maximum.

Sound wont work

If sound won't work while playing videos from Youtube, it could be either of the following:

The volume control of the video itself is in mute or low mode;
The volume control of the headset or speaker is in low mode;
The volume control of the computer itself is in mute or low mode that can be found in the task-bar sound icon; or
The computer itself has no audio device installed.

No audio with videos

When playing videos in YouTube and has no sound maybe the cause of the following errors:

The volume control of the video itself is in mute mode, to solve this problem refer to the YouTube video controls, particularly the volume button.
The volume control of the headset or speaker is in the low mode, to solve that problem check the volume control of the speaker or the headset.
The volume control in the computer task-bar sound icon is in mute mode, when the icon has "x" means the sound is not working, to solve that problem click the icon and remove the check in the small boxes at the bottom that causes the disappearance of sound.
The computer has no installed audio devices although you have the audio hardwares, I am referring to compatible audio drivers in order to work the device, to solve it please check your devices in My Computer>>Manage>>Devices. When there are exclamatory sign to some devices that maybe the sounds, so better look for compatible drivers in order for it to work.
The sound cord maybe plugged in a wrong socket, to solve it please observe the color coding or refer to the manual. And if doesn't work in front panel please do it in a back panel. To ensure that the front panel is working you should open the case and look for that little power cords that have to be connected to the motherboard.
The hardware might have no power especially speakers because they require power to work so better check the power cord if it is connected.
If the foregoing are not helpful please ask the technical support of your supplier.

sounds like a dead Laser they are a dual laser will read DVDs n CDs but wont read Blueray movies or PS3 games

No sound comes from my videos

take a video and load it to your computer, you'll have sound forsure.
i'm not certain why BUT sound doesn't seem to work on them at all. you literally MUST wait until you have the video on a computer to hear the sound, but it does work.

I must tell you that this is not an issue with the drivers or the web browser or the computer. This could be possible that volume button on the video while on web browser is mute or lowered....

Please check.....

However you can try to watch the same video online on other computer, just to isolate the issue....

Um check this ,I had that problem but here's how 2 fix it. Okay go 2 the start menu, on your right hand side click ''control panel''. scroll down until u find the word 'sound', click it. on the top of the screen u will c sound or sounds click that. now scroll all the way down and click on. turn up your speakers,then at the bottom of the screen press test. and there you go ,follow me on youtube i'll be post a video of it 2 ok ,my name is RhiannaForever ,Thanks!
