What could cause norstar m7208 phone to not receive incoming calls

If you have lines appearing on your phone and they don't ring you need to program lines to ring. This type of programming is done from a M7310 phone. Page 323 of this manual shows how to program this on a NorthStar MICS Ver 6 phone system.
http://pdf.textfiles.com/manuals/TELECOM-F-R/Nortel%20MICS%20System%20Installer%20Guide%206.1.pdf

Enter the programming mode : Feature **266344
Password:266344
You will have 4 programming buttons on your phone, normally the 2 top left and 2 top right of the 2 vertical rows.
top left = move up one level
lower left = back
top right = select
lower right = next
once you enter the programming mode press next to "Terminals and Sets"
press select
enter your extension number
press select
press next to "Line Access"
press select
press next to "Line Assignment"
press select
use the next key to go to the line you want and use the soft-key below the display to change it from "Appear" to "Appear and Ring"

Mirror lock up

Turn it off the green rectangle setting and see if it still does this (for example, turn the mode dial to P instead). If it stops doing that, then the flash up shaft in the top cover is bent. If it still does, then either the phase switch on the bottom of the mirror box needs to be cleaned, the shaft the phase switch gear is on is broken (common) or the shutter has a problem.

Shutter speed dial just started to change the speed in one direction only this morning no matter which direction I moved the dial. Now I am stuck on "Bulb" setting and the dial makes no change at all

Possibly spillage/water damage/corrosion, or may be bad contact in the wheel assembly itself. Best thing to do is to disassemble the wheel assembly, clean the circuit contacts with a good pen eraser and alcohol (not rubbing alcohol!), and reform and clean the contact brushes

Remove the back and front covers (you have to remove the back and grip and side rubberette), unplug the two flexes from the top cover at back board (be very careful with the flippers on the connector, they are very fragile), remove the top cover (screw holding eyepiece adjustment ring, screw by right strap lug, two silver screws under top cover at right and left sides. Discharge the flash capacitor (caution - may have 300 volts, major shock potential!). (make a discharge tool with a 1K 5 watt resister). You can then reach the wheel to diss-assemble/clean

I have a Nikon D70, and a Quantaray lens (28-90mm). I have had this camera for about four months, and it has been working fine with the lens. When I received the camera, the aperture ring moved, but the...

In order for the aperture to be controlled by the camera's program or primary and secondary control knobs, the lens must be set to the smallest opening - or highest number value f stop. The aperture must be operated by the ring if it is not left in the smallest opening position.

The FEE code you are seeing refers to a communication error between the lens and the camera body. Sometimes, simply removing the lens from the body and reseating it to the body will solve the problem. While the lens is off the body, carefully inspect the gold colored contacts on the lens and mating contacts on the camera body. Remove any dirt or debris found, being careful not to allow it to fall into the camera - or land on the back glass of the lens.

I found another explanation and possible remedy that stated:

"A flashing "FEE" is an improperly set aperture ring in 99.9% of all cases with this error message (i.e. user error). In very rare circumstances it can be caused by a damaged aperture ring (small lug broken from back edge) that can't "tell" the camera it is at the minimum position. If the aperture rings on the lens is set to minimum aperture (highest number) and locked there, but you still get a FEE error, it's possible that sloppy tolerances are causing the lens aperture ring to not move the little switch at the 8 o'clock position (on the D70 lens mount) as far as necessary to get a proper indication of minimum aperture. Try to see if the aperture ring (while locked) will move slightly when mounted on the camera to clear the FEE error.

Another remote possibility is that the little switch at the 8 o'clock position mentioned above is not functioning properly (sometimes they get dirty). Try "exercising" it by moving it back and forth with your finger, then try the lenses again. Usually FEE has nothing at all to do with CPU contacts (with a reverse engineered third party lens anything is possible I suppose), but it doesn't hurt to clean them to eliminate that possibility."

You can also try a different Nikon compatible lens. If the trouble is still present, the camera may need to be returned for repair. If the the problem goes away, then the issue is tied to the lens itself. This would mean the the lens needs repair.

I hope this helps and good luck! Please rate my reply - thanks!

30D locks up and won't take pictures.

are you taking photos of still or moving subjects? One shot is suitable for still subjects, someone sitting down or still life shots. The camera will balk at you if you are constantly panning or have moving items in the fiewfinder field of the focus points and it is set in one-shot mode.
try changing to AI Servo and see if the problem continues.

Canon eos 50 flash

According to the manual, if you have the selector set in any of the "creative" modes (P, Av, Tv, M) the built in flash will only work if you press the button to pop up the flash. It also references a "hot shoe cover" which, if inserted into the hot shoe for external flash, will prevent the built in flash from working.

You can download the manual here. (The EOS Elan II is the same as the EOS 50.)
