I lost the manual for putting movies, and music on to my MP3 player. Its a sharper image digital multimedia player

Try connecting it to your computer using the USB cable and then hold down the Windows key (probably at the bottom left of your keyboard, between Ctrl and Alt) and, while still holding that key, hit the "e" key. This should open the window where you can access your files and your mp3 player. Then all you have to do is browse through your files using the menu on the left side of the window and drag them into your mp3 player in the same menu. It should be (E:) or something similar. If that doesn't work or if you need some clarification, let me know. Good luck!

My MP3 play won't stay on.

Ensure the key lock is not activated by sliding
"Power on/off ( )/Hold" towards the center
position. If your player isn’t already on, turn it on by
sliding "Power on/off ( )/Hold" to the left
and holding until the player turns on.

You can also try resetting the player by removing/reinserting (or changing) the battery.

Wrong section, BUT:
The volume + key is on the side of your player - read your manual for the diagram - also, turn your player OFF first, THEN press the volume + key

Don't know how to delete files

1. Open the file browser on your computer and navigate through the folders to the drive assigned to your Sansa MP3 Player. 2. Select the music files that you would like to delete by clicking once on the file, if you want to delete more than one file hold your control(ctrl) key down as you click each file. When you have clicked on all the files you want deleted release holding down the control key. Then push the delete key. The files will be deleted. You also can use Rhapsody and other software to save or delete files directly to your player.
