instead of uninstalling the drivers try updating the drivers directly following are the steps..
1)right click on my computer go to properties.
2)In the poperties box, click on the tab that says advanced, under advanced click on device manager.
3)under device manager, click on the + sign besides network adapters and then right click on the wireless drivers and click on properties,
4)under properties box click on the tab that says drivers out here you will see another tab that says update drivers.
5)once you click on this option it will give a screen through which you can fine the location of the drivers saved in your computer.
6)Follow the next option and it should update the drivers for you wihtout having uninstall the older version.. (link to download the drivers, choose the appropriate version from the box to get the right drivers, and when u click on download save it in the desktop)
hope this fixes the problem...if you are stuck let me know..

How Do I Fix Error Code 43 in Windows 7?

This is probably one of the most frustrating and "generic" error codes reported by Windows. When I say "generic", I'm referring to the fact that Windows is basically telling you that a hardware device on your PC is well... not working. (Gee, Thanks!)
Error code 43 is reported anytime Windows does not recognize a device - whether it be a USB port, Hard drive, video card or any other piece of hardware connected to your computer.
You will usually see an error message like this:
"Error Code 43: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems"
And if you look at the hardware under Windows device manager, you will see something like this:

NOTE: The hardware device above is only an example. It could be any device on your computer that is reporting error 43.
What Causes Error 43? 95% of the time, error code 43 means that a device driver is either missing, corrupt, outdated (so Windows problems communicating properly with the hardware), or the hardware is faulty and needs to be replaced.
Device drivers can become damaged or corrupt over time, and most users will eventually experience a driver error. Installing and removing software and hardware can cause conflicts in the registry and can alter driver communication.
Sometimes you can bypass the error temporarily such as removing the device from the motherboard and reseating it, removing the power cord from the power supply and restarting your computer after a few minutes, etc. However, theses are temporary and will not fix the actual problem.
Solution For Fixing Error Code 43 Messages The first thing of course is to make sure your device driver is up to date. I have provided two ways to accomplish this below:
Option #1: Update your drivers automatically (the easy way)
If your not that technical and don't want to hassle with trying to locate the correct device drivers from your PC's manufacturer and then go through the process of uninstalling and re-installing your drivers manually, then you should run a free scan with a recommended driver tool.
This software will match and download the correct drivers you need. It's safe and saves a lot of time keeping your PC updated.
Option #2: Update your drivers manually (the technical way)
If you consider yourself pretty technical and feel confident making changes to your system, then follow the steps below:
Step #1 - Uninstall the current driver:
First, you need to uninstall the current driver...
  • Click "Start > Run" and type "sysdm.cpl" in the text box and press ENTER
  • Open the "Hardware" tab on the System Properties dialog box, then click on "Device Manager"
  • Double click "Device Type", then click on the hardware device that is reporting Error 43
  • Next, go to the "Driver" tab and click "Uninstall" to uninstall the device driver completely
Step #2 - Locate the correct driver:
After you have uninstalled the driver, visit the manufacturers website and locate the newest driver for your device. You can usually find the latest driver under the technical support or driver section of the company's website.
Step #3 - Download the driver:
Download the driver and save it to your computer. It will most likely be compressed in a .ZIP file, or an executable file (.EXE).
Step #4 - Install the new driver on your PC:
Extract the .ZIP file or double-click the .EXE and install the driver.
Step #5 - Reboot your PC:
If you uninstalled the old driver and installed the correct new driver, it should fix the communication problem between Windows and your hardware device, eliminating the error 43 message. If not, you might want to install the faulty device on another PC and see if it works correctly.
If you continue to experience problems then most likely the device itself is damaged and needs to be replaced.

Good luck.

I can not open my usb flash drive

Try it on a different computer; it may be your USBconnection. You could try to uninstall it or update the drivers by clickingSTART, CONTROL PANEL, SYSTEM, HARDWARE, DEVICE MANAGER, and USB controllers atthe bottom of the list. Try updating the drivers first by RIGHT CLICKING andchoosing update. If all that doesn't work try RIGHT CLICK and uninstall them. The new found hardware will reinstall them automatically, if not right away itwill the next time you boot up the computer.

Code 19- philips cdrw/cvd scb5265 ata device how do i fix it

Do you receive the following error message?
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. To fix this problem you can first try running a Troubleshooting Wizard. If that does not work, you should uninstall and then reinstall the hardware device. (Code 19)
Code 19 is a common error message, your computer sends because NERO, Roxio, and similar CD/DVD recording software and also and update for Windows VISTA (KB938194) is causing issues. It can create problems with your sound as well.
Even if you uninstall these it will not resolve the issue, because these programs leave the problem inside your registry.
What is happening to your computer?
Device Manager sees the drive, but you get the yellow exclamation mark and it indicates "Your registry might be corrupted. (Code 19)"
How most people try to fix this error – and you are probably doing the same - without any luck…

If you try to uninstall the device and the driver and read new hardware - no change.
You can try to update the driver and the wizard will say there is no better driver found for the hardware.
You can try to run the install CD (copied it to a flash card and ran it from a flash card reader since you can't run it on the DVD drive) - same problem will occur.
You can't do a repair install of Windows since it is on CD and it won't boot properly from the drive.
You can try to use an external DVD writer (HP dc5000) through the USB port and it will get the same code19 error.
Even if you try manually copy the drivers listed in driver details for the device - no luck

It's as if the card isn't even trying to connect right now. It closes with the error report message saying send or don't send but it doesn't say why it won't work.

Since you did not say what operating system you are using it makes it difficult to pinpoint your help.

Let us assume you are using Windoze.

This is a typical windows problem with any hardware. Sometimes the fault lies in your operating system, sometimes the fault lies in your software drivers.

The first thing you need to do is uninstall the hardware and uninstall the drivers. Then restart your computer. Then turn off your computer and reinstall the hardware and the drivers. This usually solves the problem.

If it does not solve the problem,
1. look for updated drivers for your hardware and install the updated drivers.
2. Make sure your windows OS is updated with all high priority updates.
3. Try hardware on another computer to make sure hardware is working properly.

Device/Drivers Incompatibility

Was this installed by disk with software or did you get the driver and software from website.

You need to uninstall the software and make sure the driver was uninstalled. First go to my com, properties, hardware, devise mgr,
and look in this list for the driver, lexmark printer. Now use add/remove programs and uninstall the lexmark stuff, now restart pc, and check devise mgr and make sure its gone,if not just rt click on it and pick uninstall, restart pc. Now run the registry cleaner.

Download this free registry cleaner, its pretty good for free.

Run the cleaner, and then download the driver, make sure vista driver, from page that I post below. Now reinstall the software
and follow the directions when it tell you to hook up the printer.

Registry cleaner;;

Driver page.

You will have to research the driver as the page does not hold the driver.

Did you plug the scanner in before installing the software? Common mistake... Disconnect the scanner, uninstall the software completely, re-boot, open up the Device Manager, Click View-->Show Hidden devices--> Look for any scanner related drivers that are still installed for the scanner (they will moste likely be grayed out since it is unplugged) and uninstall them (Right click-->Uninstall). Re-boot again, install the software, wait for the software install to prompt you to plug in the device. Follow the quick start guide if it came with one. Check the manufacturers web site for updated drivers, software for you model.
