this model does not have a digital tuner so you will need a converter box, this model only has Cable input , vhf and uhf, the complete manual for this tv can be downloaded as pdf from website listed below. hope this helps.
Pres "Menu" then "setup" then "installation" then "terrestrial" then "Iinput configuration" then the "Ant\Cable" and finally left or right arrow to set the input type and then move to "Done" button. Also, Manualowl.com has a copy of the manual in PDF form.
The tuner module is bad and would have to be replaced, the other concern is video 1 and 2 are now becoming snowy, at this point I would suggest replacing the tv set because there are two separate issues and the cost to repair in my view would not be cost effective, cheaper in the long run to buy new tv.
Hi, It doesnt sound like a problem with you laptop, rather its most likely to be the router. People can edit the settings so that only their IP adress can connect. If you can connect with limited connectivity, again its the router, not connecting properly. Can you connect to any router? i take it you're not connection to your own XD
the digital tuner needs to be checked for soldering connections and if that don't fix it then you will need to get a new digital tuner.put in. but you can unplug the tv from the wall plug for a little while and that may help but if not then it will need to be checked for bad soldering or it will need to be replaced
