-   Wont play MIRRORS... resets to the first menu every time... Wow.. I just bought this stupid thing too, and it won't even play the first Blueray disc I purchased... what a pile. -   Guest

-   I just got mine and i wish i did some looking around first, Fox had a problem with people steeling there stuff so thay had to change some code that the Blu-ray player wont read. i havent called Insignia yet to find anything out about an update but i'll be very upset that i just wasted $200 on a player that wont play all the DVD's -   Guest

I have the same problem as well, won't play Horton Hears a Who.  Sent an email to Insignia Customer Support and waiting to hear back from them.
