I think that you may need to use windows media player. you can still download music from napster, you just need to sync those downloaded files in windows media player

Sometimes when you have a new mp3 player that has not been used it has to format itself, this is normal AS LONG AS THERE IS NO MUSIC already on it

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Napster says that I need to reformat my sansa clip, How is this done

To format, you need to plug in the MP3 player to your computer's usb port. When the system detected the new usb device, right click on your windows start button and choose Explore. It will open the Windows Explorer. From the left panel, look for the Drive letter associated with your Napster MP3 player. Right click on that drive and choose format.
