This seems to be a pretty basic camera for kids. Sears is selling it perhaps the store can assist you with battery. All cameras have some type of battery. This one uses 1 AAA battery. Kids toys generally have a little screw holding the door to the battery compartment in place. Many times those little eye glass screwdrivers or computer screw driver will do the trick. There is a DLL that isn't registered in Windows Vista that needs to be manually registered. Click on your start menu button, go to programs, then accessories and right-click on Command Prompt and choose Run As Administrator. If the prompt is already at c:\windows\system32 then type cd c:\windows\system32 and press enter. Once you've done that you'll need to type the following exactly...
...and press enter. You should get a message that the DLL is registered. You can then close those screens and try installing again. Shouldn't have any problems.
