Just do it. You probably turned off the PS3 from the power button at the back. Just dont do it next time.

Tips for a great answer:
Firstly don't worry, your HDD has become corrupted which is quite common if you don't switch your PS3 off properly.
Its difficult to say whether you'll lose any data or not, but if you rebuild the database your HDD should be fixed. If it gives you an option to rebuild the database then choose it.
If it doesn't then access the recovery menu and choose option 3 as described in the thread below.
