What is meant by systematic and objective approach

the words are the clue to the answer
systematic approach is to do every thing systematically
step one on to step 2 on to set 3 etc
example is -- know what is needed , find supplier, place order , pay for the order, receive the order , check the order, place on display, sell , receive payment, bank funds , reorder item
objective approach is to decide on what is required and planning to reach that objective
example -- need goods for sale, how to get the goods , how to pay for the goods , how to improve on the process
IN business it will work like this
example a CEO of a company wants to reduce the injury rate of the employees
he sets a policy that has KPI's and bench marks to achieve the end result of reduced injuries( objective )
The managers have to implement that policy and have to plan each step( systematic) of the operation to eliminate risks that cause the injuries and in the end achieves the objective of the CEO

Hard to start when cold. Acts like a vacuum leak. Heads replaced and has this problem sense than

Maybe it is a vacuum leak that is causing your problem?
If the engine has hydraulic valve lifters maybe it is suffering from tappet jacking due to a stuck relief valve?
Maybe the valves seats weren't properly lapped in and the seatings, especially the inlet aren't sealing very well.

These things and more need systematically checking and I strongly suggest whoever replaced the heads does the work free of charge.

Where is the dodge carvan man for my question?

Hi Eugenia:The most likely cause will be the ignition key cylinder. Its fairly common for this to happen over time. There are a few items you can try to see if you can get the key to turn so that you can drive it to a repair shop and have the key cylinder replaced. First step is to try wiggling the key alot......this is the most common method that works for me. Wiggle it up and down and see if it eventually turns. The next step is to blow the key cylinder hole out with compressed air......not air in a can that you use to blow your key board off with. You need something with some good strong air pressure. Then if this doesnt work then you can try the bump method. With the key in the ignition.....tap on the end of it while wiggling the key and trying to turn it. Tap it with some force but just not too much so as to not cause any damage. If this doesnt work that chances are that you may have to have the vehicle towed to a repair shop of have a Lock smith come out and attempt the repair. Also make sure to use another key if avail to make sure no problems with the key itself.
As mentioned, the key cylinder is the most likely cause for this concern. Also make sure the steering is not in a bind, try moving the steering hard in either direction while turning the key to see if any change.
Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I`ll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Dyson animal stopped working and produced a strong smell as if something had burnt out. What could it be and could it be repaired?

hi.
a strong burning smell would suggest an electrical burnout of some kind. could be wiring, switch or motor.
new motors are available for around £35 on ebay. switches are available as well. wire is readily available.
the machine would have to be stripped to find where the problem is (and the cause) and to make sure that there is no heat damage to the casing
it is not a difficult job to do, but i would leave it to a qualified electrician due to the mains electricity.
i have no idea what the electrician would charge in your area.

hope this helps

This is for my Dell Inspiron 530 Foxcom motherboard G33M02. On startup all fans have strong run, then one beep and all fans slow down with no bootup. Bought new memory chip and no change. This all started...

Hi

From what you are describing the power outage has caused the motherboard and/or the CPU to short out

Answering the question of where can you get anohter on, I belive you will need to book the PC into a PC repair shop to assess the damage and I am sure they will be happy to talk you throguh the options you will have

If this has been useful please leave positive feedback/vote/testimonial as this will help me greatly - Thank You again

NO DIAL TONE!!

Hi! I can't say for sure this is your problem, but if you lose power for a time, the handset that is not in the answerer base will quit working. You then have to take that handset and put it in the base cradle (where the working phone sits) and leave it there for at least 20 seconds. After the base recognizes it again, it should work. If this doesn't cure the problem, then probably the phone is damaged. Hope this works for you! Hal

Bad contrast and image

If this is brand new and you're experiencing this type of problem 10 minutes out of the box you either have a real lemon or something may have come loose in transit. There are ANY number of possible answers here and I would STRONGLY suggest not making it any worse by attempting to do surgery on it yourself now take it to a shop for an estimate. Explain what you have to me and they might find the loose connection or poor solder joint during the estimate.. Worse case scenerio one of the main boards are cracked and in that event if the tech finds it he can probably get the board for a VERY reduced rate directly from Samsung. Hope this helps. Bill
