Check the contacts between phone and battery,
if necessary align or clean. Are
you using original Motorola charger? This solved my problem; I was trying to
charge it with one of those "universal" chargers. Hope this helps!
hi,there.. what's happen with your new phone is normal and nothing to worry about it... usually at the manual book from phone factory the recommend to charge battery for first time use is about 4 hours. after this next time if you want to charge battery i suggest only if only left 1 bar battery indicator at your cell main display....
the connection between the phone and the adapter are copper and the get corroded take a small pin and scratch away the green corrossion and that should solve your problem. the cause is condensation. good luck
that happens mostly with third party chargers..you may want to explore the option of charging your phone using the PC and a USB cable...you may be required to download a software or driver for it ..along with eh motorola phone tool
I am having the exact same problem. My phone was working fine one minute, but the next I started to have thie exact problem described by this user. I, too, charged it overnight to no avail. I had the T-mobile store plug it into their charger and even try a different bettery, again with no success.
