Question about IBM Corded Phone IBM412CID
My office has several IBM phones (I believe they are the IBM 412 4 Line corded phones) and we can't seem to figure out how to turn down the ring volume on individual phones. There is a volume button on the phones but this only seems to affect the volume of the phone line not the ringer. This seems like it should have a simple solution...are we blind?
You can download a manual for this phone here: http://ec1.images-amazon.com/media/i3d/01/A/man-migrate/MANUAL000036632.pdf Pages 18-19 explain how to set the ringer volume.
