Matsui 7" digital photo frame

I have a problem with my digital photo frame i put in a 128 flash drive and click on photos and it shows loading but nothing else happens. also i have a 1gb sd card for it but not sure how to transfer my photos to the card can i
get a lead with a usb connector on each end and transfer the photos to the frame with the card in it. can you help me please. Same problem - have tried loading USB memory stick (which is not password protected) but says loading for over an hour with nothing happening. Yet it works perfectly well in a friend's digital frame. Definately have JPEG files/photos on stick. Tried downloading phtotos from stick on to camera memory card but can only fit 2 photos onto 128mb card! Very frustrating.

You need to compare what standard the memory stick and the usb stick are using... re: fat... fat 16 fat 32 etc... you may need to move your pictures to your computer... format the card to the proper standard and move your pictures back onto the usb stick

Please reduce picture file size as it looks Photo Frame can not handle/ present over sized file. You can re-size picture in photo editor type software in windows and this will reduce file size.

Buy a Memory card reader, and you put your SD card in it and then plug it into the PC and download any pictures you want as long as your digital frame supports it. the memory card adapter is pretty cheap, you can find it almost anywhere. walmart, kmart.....etc.

Had the problem with USB as well. Re-formatted the usb flash drive to
be sure there were no hidden files on the drive and loaded jpeg photos.
The size doesn't matter. Works fine. But when putting any other file
type on drive it stops working. So try to delete any files which aren't
    jpegs and it should work.

Have a new 8 gig memory. Shows full before all pictures load, should have loads of room?

I would format it using your computer, then try loading in your photos again.

In Window, go to your file explorer, right click on the drive and click Format.

It's ok to do a 'quick format'.

This will delete everything on the drive.
Now try loading on your photos, and see if that made a difference.

I can't load photos onto my digital photo frame

The  A701 is  a bit cranky.  I've found that it prefers  USB  flash sticks of upto  2GB. It likes the flash stick formatting  before use.  And it prefers  jpg files  added  to the root directory of the flash stick -  so  no images in folders. Finally but probably least important, it's not much point uploading  2MB  jpgs as  the screen  is pretty much  72DPI  smaller size JPGS  lead to a faster loading. ( try  around 900x 600 dpi )
