Settings-Factory data reset. Is it OK? If you want to do more. you have to... Step1: Power off you phone Step2:Press the power button, and wait, as soon as the blub pilot lamp is bright, click the bottom volum button. Step3:Choose Recovery-Custom Recovery-Wipe data/facotry reset.( You can use volum buttons to choose and power button to enter ) It will take you a few minutes. Step4:Choose Wipe cache partition ( just below the Wipe data/factory reset, and you can found it as above ). Step5: Choose Power off ( which is the next-to-last on the list ). Step6:Boot you phone and check if it has been reset. May useful.
It is likely your battery is depleted or it can also be an unlikely flaw in the firmware.
To eliminate the firmware flaw, restore (flash) the entire firmware using a downloaded version from the Navman.com site or an upgrade of the OS and or GPS app which will likely include an entirely new firmware.
Since your battery isn't retaining a charge, this operation should be performed from a PC demonstrated to provide power to the PiN 570 and or a reliable power strip on a UPS if you're using the split AC/USB cable.
A device subjected to a power interruption during a firmware flash can become permanently ruined or cost ineffective to recover.
I recently replace my lcd and initially had that problem. I fixed it by reseating the cable that connects the motherboard to the main phone piece. (its the cable that is about 1/2 an inch wide and is very short, barely wraps around motherboard). Reseat that and your white screen issue should be fixed)

It is not easy to say what the problem can be. In my opinion you should contact the producer of this GPS receiver and ask them what the problem is. If this has been tested the producer must be able to help the users.
