I spilled Kool-Aid on a Toshiba Qosmio G25-AV513 and now it won't turn on. I did not hear any bad sounds, nor did I smell and fried smells. The two blue lights are still on. [This was over a month ago]. Is there something I can do or buy to be able to fix it??? I was running Windows XP Pro, SP2.
If you are pretty good at computers then you can open up the computer and see just how bad the damage is. You may need to replace the keyboard, or a few parts of he mother board. If it was water I think you would have more of a chance, but the sugar will definitely cause problems if it hit any circuit boards. Your best bet is to take out your hard drive, make it an external hard drive and get a new computer.
