Cant Block Videos?

1. Firmware [for your player]
Get a download from the support site and install:
this will put maps onto the device. Communication with the software
on the computer is available after getting the next item (2.) is done.

2. Application software [for the computer]
2.1 Creative Centrale (+ User Guide) is usefull to get songs on your Mozaic.
2.2 Windows Media Player 11 can be used as well. Note: You'll first have to make a playlist: Save the playlist: Next Synchronize it onto
the Zen.

3. Drag and drop
Once firmware is installed you can also use the drag and drop method. Move music, pictures, video inside maps on the computer into the corresponding map onto the player.

Don't hesitate to post a comment
when this will not get your Zen to play.

Go to the zen website and download their latest drives. That will give you the conversion program that you need so you can play your media files on the Zen player.

go to that and download the Creative Media Explorer Software when you click show details it says the video converter converts and puts it on the media player

The videos have to be converted using Creative Centrale in order to placed on the player. This was the same way with a lot of Creative's Zen line of players also.

did it come with software
do a google on your model and download the convert software
it probally has the format as cell phone videos but yours is probally easier.. you could just try a usb cable and port over to the folder where the videos and music is on,

Well,I believe you should convert the videos into AVI.This is most popular video type for Mp4 Players.Just connect your zen with your PC,choose the video you want,convert it(you can use the program ' TOTAL VIDEO CONVERTER ' ) and put intto a file called VIDEOS or whatever you want.I hope I managed to solve your Problem...Please can you chek mine,too.(NAME 'sadal' )

umm...well try to reset it and then put music on it.
tip:"dont take ZEN off while syncronizing"
when you do it erases some memory or else it loses its memory

dragging and dropping wont work...using the zen media explorer wont work...its only 6 days old zen!!! i have transffered videos before but it stopped now....

Whenever i use that program with that option i almost never have a problem transferring anything to my zen
